“i remain”
a place to discover your deep belonging -
in the genuine search for your truest self
“There is something in every one of you that waits, listens for the genuine in yourself. Who are you? How does the sound of the genuine come through you?”
Maneo is a Latin word that means to remain for a while. Not to strive. Not to fix. Not to become something else. But to return… and to remain with what is most true.
There is a place within you that has never left. Beneath everything you’ve carried, adapted to, or had to become… something in you remains. It is steady. It is whole. It has been there long before the noise, the wounds, or the roles you’ve taken on. And no amount of life can take it from you.
The path is not about adding more. It is about noticing what is not truly yours… and gently loosening your grip on it. So that what remains can come forward…..And you can begin to live from that place. This is your sacred ground.
“True belonging is the spiritual practice of believing in and belonging to yourself so deeply that you can share your most authentic self with the world and find sacredness in both being a part of something and standing alone in the wilderness. True belonging doesn’t require you to change who you are; it requires you to be who you are”
Has anyone ever told you that your entire story is sacred? Every twist and turn has shaped how you see yourself—who you think you are—and who you are underneath it all.
The winds of life can pull us away from our true nature. You may feel this as a kind of inner disruption within yourself.
But what if that disorientation is also an invitation?
A turning back toward yourself—awakening a deeper curiosity about who you are and how to live in a way that feels true to your nature.
